Sydney’s Ecstatic Dance Houston parallels to none other! I have participated in many dance groups throughout the US and other countries for the past 14 years and by far Sydney’s ecstatic dance group is exceptional in its ability to create a safe loving environment which facilitates healing and elicits joy. Sydney is an enthusiastic and spiritually aware person and she brings that energy into the dance. The dance opens up visions/experiences of a mystical or spiritual nature. She is a powerful force, she has built a community of loving supportive people, helping and supporting each other where there is need.

"SunShine’s JourneyDance at The Texas Yoga Conference was a Fantastic Creative Loving Caring Event. It exceeded its intention to awaken the individual & group consciousness towards evolutionary transformation & Self-Love and Caring!!! At one point each person was told to think about what he/she really wanted. What I wanted popped to mind instantly. As I thought about it and looked around the room at everybody, I was thinking about everything that had transformed so far. All the love and compassion and caring, the expression of thoughts to each other I realized that the group had given me what I wanted. In that space and in that time I saw what I honestly wanted, World Peace. How wonderful it would be if All The World could experience what was happening in that room. I just wish that before we all went our own way that I had told everyone "Thanks".
